Yes, E-Sign based digital signatures are fully admissible in court. As per Section 67A of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872,
in cases of secure electronic signatures such as Aadhaar E-Sign, one does not need to prove that the authenticity of the digital signature of the subscribe.
