The Sandbox account has a limit of 20 transactions on it by default. Chances are you would have exceeded the transaction count.
Please do keep in mind, even initiating the API is sandbox is considered one transaction irrespective of is the sandbox transaction was completed or not.
To rectify this issue, please reach out to your account manager or drop an email to hello@veri5Digital.com and they would help you increase the limit for the same.
